I would like to hear from anyone that has mineral interest in the town of Gonzales. Av-Tech is now sending out a form letter of their intent to drill, that my area is in the process of being permitted for a well, but I have not signed the lease and they are threating to cut me out. Is anyone out there dealing with them and to what results. Since it is a form letter there must be more that have not signed for the lowball offer. thanks
