Hi, I am wondering if anyone has heard of Chesapeake renewing leases in the Roggen, Colorado area? Also, how long after the lease runs out do they have to renew? Or is it once the date passes, it’s out? And, is there any companies leasing in this area and who should I contact to lease to, if Chesapeake bails on this area. Thanks.
The lease option needs to be exercised before the primary term expires.
