Hi , I am wondering if anyone has heard of Chesapeake renewing leases in the Roggen Colo. area ? Also, how long after the the lease runs out do they have to renew ? or is, once the date passes, its out ? And , is there any Companies leaseing in this area and who should I contact to lease to,if Chesapeake bales on this area . Thanks
