Thanks Fred. Do you know where the closest successful well has been drilled by Chesapeake to the property located at Sec. 23; T37N; R68W? a/k/a T37N; R68W;6thPM, sec. 23; SW/4NW/4SW/4W/2SE/4SE/4SE/4. Thanks.

Chesapeake has several wells pretty close to you. All under Confidential status! T37 - R68 - S34; T37 - R70 - S29; T37 - R70 -S27; T37 - R69 -S27; T37 - R69 - S26; T37 - R70 - S25; there could be a few more, but, those are all fairly close to your land descritption! With your being in T37 - R68 - S23; looks like from somewhere around 3 miles to maybe around 18 or so;would have to get a map out to see for sure but the one 37/68/34 - and your being in 37/68/23 are real close! If you go to the above website and follow the instructions up there you will seethere are a pot full of wells permitted inConverse Vounty to various Oil company's.

Hi Fred - Good to hear from you - i'll shoot you an email

From the website provided below it looks like my leased mineral rights are in confidential status with Chesapeake.

T32 R70W

What does this mean?

Confidential status is usually applied to a new well that they do not want to release any info on! Wyoming gives them 6 months bfore they have to release any info, but, according to a source close to the source, there are several options open to them to keep it in a confidential staue for much longer!

So am I assuming correctly that if it is in confidential status it must be producing something? If this is the case,do you know at what point that Chesapeake would notify us?
