Chesapeake is beginning to make back payments that resulted from the settlement of the Beaver County Suit. I have received $2600.00 plus. There is a catch, they state if you deposit the check you agree that is all that you are owed. However they do not tell you what it does cover. If you have all of your check stubs you can at least make a close approximation. I do not believe mine covers even nearly the amount they owe. If you would like to know what yours should be, ask Chesapeake what it covers. Don't just accept what you got, you could be loosing out on much more. John. equity25@aol.com
