Chesapeake is beginning to make payments for back taxes and charges you paid erroneously as a settlement of the agreement made on the Beaver County Suit. I have received a little over $2600.00, which I believe is much less than I am owed. Have you received yours? Is it the correct amount you are owed? If you have all your back payment stubs you can make a pretty close estimate. Ask Chesapeake what it covers and take action accordingly, otherwise you could be loosing a large amount of money.
