I have a lease coming due in the 157-99 area. I would like to know what others are getting right now for bonuses in that area. Thank you.

I'm not sure about the current bonus amounts for the T157;R99 area but I would guess around $2000/acre, maybe more with a 20% royalty. I had a lease that was nearing the expiration date and even negotiated a top lease offer only to have the operator drill a well with less than 2 weeks remaining. Long story short, these operators keep tabs on these expiration dates and some of their drilling schedules are patterned to these expiring leases.

What section are you in? The majority of the Township appears to be producing and there is a rig in your TWP too.
sections 18/19...No permits, stakes, nothing going on on either section.
