Check Stubs in Fayetteville Shale

The complexity of law in Arkansas makes for a nightmare trying to read many check stubs where there are multiple partners who are divvying up the royalty, all with different prices and different amounts of post-production expenses and some paying on time, some not....

The local NARO-Arkansas chapter (naro-us.org) wants to have some open workshops in the Fayetteville play area - Clinton, Heber Springs, Searcy, etc. to help. If you know a group - Farm Bureau, Lions Club, a local Library or other civic group willing to sponsor a room for us to meet the public, we would be happy to try and arrrange a meeting date and help people understand their stubs. There would be no charge from us nor fees....and I will even bring the Little Debbie cookies. I'm usually good for 3 or 4 hours at a time.

We also intend to have a royalty payment specialist at our August 24th meeting in Searcy - You can check the NARO website for more information.
