Check stub data extraction tool?

Hi Folks, I’ve been working with independent reservoir engineer consultant that does a lot evaluations from check stub data. As many of you know, extracting and formatting check stub data to prep for an evaluation can be really time consuming… and mind numbing

Over the past few weeks, we created a little program that automated this to speed up our workflow. So far it’s worked with ALMOST every check stub but we need to do more testing and improvements, and that’s why I’m posting here.

If we can get more people testing/using this tool and providing feedback, we can improve it faster and make it much better. I was wondering if other folks here would be interested in testing/using this tool?

I’m not selling this tool or offering a subscription for it or anything like that. I want to offer it to the community for free… because if we can get the tool to work really well with more testing and feedback than I will never have to manually sift through another check stub again lol!

Free is good. I would be willing to test it on some check details.

Good idea, but check stubs indicate market and sales. They will provide pricing information, but not all that useful future production estimates. It may get you close on oil wells, but it will highly variable on gas wells. Economic limits will also be difficult to assess. With that said, a free tool will give you a general idea of which property you may want to select for a greater detail evaluation.
