For those royalty owners in the Charles Jamison Southwest Unit, your November statement and payment for September production is missing royalties from the 206H API 4705102295 well. I contacted SWN Energy and they stated that the 206H well was shut in from August 30 to October 22. No reason was given for the shut in; however, the two new adjacent wells were going into production which may have some involvement.

It is common practice to shut in wells within a mile of fracking of new wells. Trying to protect the older wells from a pressure or water hit. They usually turn them back on after the frack.

Thank you MS Barnes. I felt that could be a factor as the well in question is back in production.
