I’m moving and know I have to notify county clerks with notarized Aff of Change of Address and legal descriptions. Do I notify (via certified mail with return) ALL companies with which I have lease(s) or only companies from which I currently receive monthly/annual royalty checks?
Notify ALL those companies involved
And all counties where you have minerals of any kind. Otherwise, the landmen cannot find you.
