Hello all,

I was hoping to get some advice on what the change in market value of the price per acre was from September 2016 to October 2019. Does anyone know where I could find some clear information on this change? I’m trying to determine an initial value of my inherited mineral property for tax purposes.

I can give you some advice on this subject. It really depends on where in the County your minerals are located. Do you have legal descriptions?
