We received a letter with information concerning Cecil vs BP 147,000,000 settlement. We decided to opt out and wonder if anyone else has received any such letter.

I am interested in the details of your plan of action since you have opted out. Have you been advised by your attorney as to what will be the basis of your claim, costs for research by auditors, accountants, etc., and what will be the time frame to gain access to BP’s well records and subsequent law suit?
Will you please share your results after your suit is finalized? I have always wanted to know if it is worth the effort to opt out. I am sure there are others who would also be interested in your outcome. Good luck.
