What if the well’s surface location is not exactly on NW ¼, interest and included in spacing order
What CD number? The surface location does not necessarily have to be in the spacing order. The perforations are what matter. Need a bit more context.

Those wells were within the spacing order.
Elizabeth was completed in May 1981 and produced until March 1982. It’s surface location was in the NE4 of the NW4.
She-She was completed in October 1981 and produced until December 1985. It’s surface location was in the NW4 of the NE4.
There were a total of seven old wells in that section 9.
