Can anyone tel me the going rate for leasing in Cass County?
Vicky, Did you ever get any information on what your mineral interest in Cass County was worth. I have been getting a call from a land man trying to lease the minerals for $100/acre plus 3/16 royalty. What did you find out regarding your minerals. I am sure it depends on where it is in the county. John
Thanks for answering. No, I never got an answer until now. I too am getting $100/acre but my royalty is slightly less at 1/6. That’s pretty close so I’m comfortable with my decision to sign. I suppose this post will stand to help others in the same county. Is there no one place to go in order to find out the value of your mineral rights in a particular county?
