We have been receiving numerous Orders of the Commissio approving multiunit horizontal wells at the request of Continental Resources,Inc. There are multiple legal descriptions in the following Sections - 1,23, 25 26,35 and 36, Township 1S, Range 3W. Anyone know if they will be doing additional drilling in these areas soon?
We have also been receiving multiple mailings for a long while now - when will we see anything new in a check form? Hoped long before now we’d receive something and we don’t know anyone to ask.
It is helpful if you put the cases in numerical order and then by date order with the oldest at the bottom and youngest on the top. Note the sections at the top.
The cases walk you through what is about to happen. Geerally, here is the order: Spacing (may have already been done) for the reservoirs of interest, Multiunit horizontal drilling and spacing unit (look for the map at the end of the exhibits), Location exception (if the well is not centered in the spacing), then pooling if you are not leased.

Then you watch for the well activity on the OCC well records site. Error. Type in Columbus and 1001A for the form to see who has spud. There are many Columbus wells, so hunt for the ones in Carter in the list. Quite a few of them have already spud. 1002A is the completion.
