They are fracking the Mitchell 1-1H Sec 1 Township 03S Range 02E and across the road on Tyer 1H wells. There are 4 Tyer 1 wells. They are putting up something I haven’t seen on any well before: big gray units. They also have 10 or 12 oil tanks.
There are so many wells in the area, maybe 16 or 20, that maybe the tanks are to collect from the area wells.
Are the large units compressors? Big square units with fans on one end?
NO THEY DON’T HAVE ANY FANS THEY STICK STRAIGHT UP ABOUT 20 TO 30 FEET AND ARE ABOUT 12 FOOT WIDE LOOKS LIKE A THREE BELLY DUMP STOOD IT’S END AND THERE ARE TWO OF THEM SIDE BY SIDE AND THERE IS ANOTHER PAD TO THE WEST ABOUT 200 FEET WITH NOTHING ON IT

The state law says that if they miss payment within the first 6 months of production, then XTO owes you 12% interest from the first day of sale, which is usually the first day of production.
If you have not already, you can go to the XTO website,

and set up an account and see your check detail and also have your check direct deposited. There are also a couple web addresses there to ask for your 12% interest. XTO does have a special name for the late interest payment, but I don’t recall just now what it is.

I have not seen anything from OCC about a well on your pad, so I can’t say how they are going to drill. The action is pretty much along a line from Section 4 Township 3 East Range 2 East down to Section 25 Township 4 South Range 3 East, but it is a WIDE line. How wide? My guess is maybe 8 to 10 miles.

4-4S-2E Those who have a working interest in the well in this Section should have received your first invoice from XTO. This one is for roads, pad, legal, etc. Drilling should be not too far away.

Yes, they are. It is an oil gathering line for all these wells. BKEP Pipeline LLC is getting the right of way and survey is in the process. They contacted us about a month ago.
