We received order 752879 for a multi-unit horizontal well in Sections 15 & 16, Township 1S, Range 3W, and Sections 21 & 22, Township 1S, Range 3W for a Viola Simpson horizontal well called the Buffalo Bill 1-22-16.
Do you have any information on this well? Has it been renamed? Drilled?
This order is an interim order for case 2025-002469 and 2470 which tells what the intended well splits will be and the location in each section. I do not see a permit yet. Continental has been busy drilling a set of wells just to the SE in 25/26/35/36

No, this map is for 1S-3W. Secs 15, 16, 21 & 22.

Here is a similar map right next to you in 10/15 of 4S-2E. Case 2024-003539. 11/14 may have something develop if the 10/15 well is successful.

Where is the “Pruit” well that you are interested in? There are many Pruitt wells in OK, so need a location.
OK so this company I have been talking to. Aegis told me about a “Pruit” well that was dug in the ‘70’s and it came up dry.

The Pruitt 1 well is the well that you can see on the map in section 14 in the SW corner.

So I would assume the horizontal drilling has no affect on my area? Any ideas as to how I would create some interest in leasing my area? Thanks
If your name and address and title docs are properly filed in the Carter County courthouse, the land men will find you if there is interest.
Yes I believe that everything is filed properly. I did that back in 2015 after my father passed. Submitted his will and then a proof of heirship to Carter County. But now in reviewing the docs I wonder if I should confirm that Carter County has my updated information.
Probably a good idea to check. If you have a probated will then you may not need the affidavit of heirship. Check with the recorder of deeds and probates and ask about your address of record.
The horizontal drilling in 10/15 will not affect you in 14.
