Carter 5-1S-2W - anything happening here?

I have mineral rights in Carter County STR 5-1S-2W, but I have no leases or DO records for this property.

I checked Well Search Results and see 5 active wells listed. 2 have a type ‘NT’. I have no idea what that means. The other three are listed as OIL.

Test shows 27documennts. All of the documents are over 20 years old except one in 2016. It is a transfer of operator from McMart to Lewis.

A search at oktap.tax.ok.gov using a Public PUN Search and Lease Name Rose-Dixon shows two leases/well name numbers:

ROSE-DIXON #2,3,5 PUN Status: Shut In

ROSE-DIXON #3 PUN Status: Plugged and Abandoned
