Jean and anyone else know of any leases in Carrizo Plain, both in and outside Monument (other than Vintage-Occidental)? Also, does anyone know how mineral rights inside the Monument would be affected if Rep. Capp’s Wilderness bill passes? Also, does anyone have a lease in this area?
Venoco had some leases but I presume that they are now owned by Vintage. The bill is too new to comment on until it moves forward as it will likely have amendments.
