Jean and anyone else know of any leases in Carrizo Plain, both in and outside Monument(other than Vintage-Occidental)? Also, does anyone Know how mineral rights inside the Monument would be affected if Rep.Capp’s Wilderness bill passes? Also, does any one have a lease in this area ?
Venoco had some leases but I presume that they are now owned by Vintage. The bill is too new to comment on until it moves forward as it will likely have amendments.
