The attorney for the other oil company (it was the attorney for Red Bluff) responded to my email after I found the OCC document where they protested a recovery of the wells and questioned the reason. He said it would interfere with the production of their wells; therefore, they protested it and OCC granted it. I had sent those documents to Tracy. I need to find a good gas and oil attorney that will not overcharge me. I have every document attainable on those wells along with the documents from the well that is producing abundantly. Jennifer, Iām a paralegal and mineral owner but this is not legal advice. However, as a large mineral owner I have been able to speak with the OCC Legal Counsel. The OCC Attorneys may tell you they canāt give you advice, but you can still inform them of what is happening.
