I have 5.25 acres minerals in this section. An offer that I think is low. The gas line and the alternate means of delivery are still there but it but nothing more and appears abandoned where can I get accurate info. on this well. I see comments about and mineral areas

It shows 3 wells, all plugged and abandoned. You can click on each production unit number PUN for date plugged, last operator name and #, etc. Since 2 have the same name, it was likely reentered/reworked.
If you want to see completion report (Form 1002A), intent to drill (Form1000), transfer of operator (Form 1073) or plugging report (Form 1003) documents, among others, use this link http://imaging.occeweb.com/imaging/OGWellRecords.aspx ,to find images of Oil and Gas Well Records filed by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. These are documents that mineral owners do not routinely see. For your section, just leave the form field blank, since there are only 17 documents filed. If you were searching in some other heavily developed section, you can limit the dates and/or form#. You may want to look at adjacent sections to see if there is any recent activity.
