My Illinois family is having to have wills probated in Utah. We need to have one trust administrator resign, and another person step up. I see the forms on the state website, and they and simple to complete. Is there any reason we must use a lawyer, or can’t we just fill them out and file them? When I ask the state employee, they can only say that they can’t give us legal advice.
