Can oil, gas, coal & mineral rights in PA revert back to the surface owner

My family owns mineral rights (including coal, gas & oil) in northwest PA due to a estate division of the family farm between brothers in the early 1900’s, with one brother taking just the mineral rights as his share.

There has been no production to date, although we were contacted by Quaker State at one point to request a lease. If there is non-production of minerals in PA can the mineral rights revert, at some point back, to the current surface owner?

Thanks for any information or links to resources that can help.
