A few weeks ago a landman from West Virginia got in touch with me about mineral rights I didn't know I had. While doing some research my grandma's name and her sister's name popped up in the Ponca City newspaper. A company was seeking relief from the Oklahoma Land Commission and these parties and their heirs were involved. My grandma has been dead since 1970. This activity was happening in Kay County Oklahoma. Can anyone give me an idea of what's going on and where to look?
