The wells were completed in December, so probably no royalties until June. The operator has to run the title for all of the mineral owners and issue the Division Orders. That takes about five months.
Be aware that you do not have to sign a Division Order in OK and it is recommended that you send a letter in lieu instead with your W-9. Use the magnifying glass to look up the topic and get the template letter.
