Is anyone else having a sharp decrease in Gladys Briggs royalties after having added multiple wells just this year? They are serviced by both SWN AND Equinor. And piping was ordered for two major new wells two years ago. How do we get an audit? It’s puzzling. Thanks!

What exactly would you audit? Unfortunately its the nature of the beast for multi unit horizontals, theres a sharp delcine in production after the first 2 years, paired with the fluctuation in oil and gas prices and you often see a sharp decline in checks
