I am trying to establish the dollar amount paid for leases back in 2003. I inherited some property in Pine and Buffington Townships both in Indiana County, but both also border Cambria County. I am trying to establish fair market value for both, have been told I need to find what was being paid for leases at that time. If anyone has any info it would be appreciated.
