Calvin lease offer for Sec 4, 5 north, 8 west

Received a lease offer for $300, 3 years, 3/16 from Calvin this month. Haven’t signed yet. Anybody have info on comparable offers recently?

I also received the same offer except they wanted a 3-year lease with two-year option. I would not accept the two-year option and did not sign.

Who is offering? How many acres do you own?

Calvin has recorded over 1000 leases in Grady and Caddo Counties in the last year. I think we will all be surprised when it’s revealed who the “stealth” lessor is!

I have also received an offer from Calvin in the same area. We (family members) asked for and received a no upfront money, 1/4 royalty for a 5-year term. I will be signing this during the week.
