Callon Petroleum is currently releasing their rights to the True Grit Well 1 H in Ward County (API 43-475-35719 at all depth, “save and except only the wellbore and associated facilities pertaining to the Well.”
Has anyone done this and did you ask for or receive bonus money for the rights to retain the wellbore in the PARTIAL RELEASE. “The lease will remain in effect as long as oil and gas are produced in paying quantites from the well.”
My attorney is working on this but I was curious if anyone has experience on this subject.
