You already have one horizontal well located to the far west side of the section. There is room for more infill horizontal wells. Also a lot of leasing nearby, so possibilities for new wells or additional reservoirs. Validus and Warwick are leasing, so stay tuned.
Thanks! I now have two companies interested in purchasing. One rumor was an offer of $5,000 per acre. I don’t know if this was a real offer or not.
