I have a question. My mother died in 2009 and had a mineral interest in some wells in Los Angeles County. My sister had been working with the oil company, Warren Resources for a few years trying to get our money. They told us one thing after another. Finally, we were told we needed to file a small estate claim since we live in Houston, Texas. We had about $14,000 give or take in suspense. I talked to a women at Warren to ask what the suspense amount was and she told us it was only $1,329.12. So because Warren filed for bankruptcy we have lost all our money in suspense?
