My wife inherited mineral rights of and undivided interest in SW/4 of Section 17-11N-03W in Oklahoma Co. How can we find out how many net mineral acres she has?
Need to find someone, a landman, who can go look at the county records and pull all previous deeds in the SW/4 to find out how many acres was owned by the deceased owner that she inherited from.
I’ve used the Oklahoma County website many times to run my own title there. Their records go way back, and it is very easy to use! I was able to run mineral title on a residential property near the state capitol more than 100 years back.
