Caerus Oil and Gas LLC bought out Prima's interest in our mineral rights. The lease, and its extension expire in May. Caerus would like to resign. Has anyone dealt with Caerus? Will they stay solvent? Formed in 2009. We have lots to research re: resigning, but need to find out more about this particular company.
