Hello Everyone and Happy New Year!

I was hoping I could get a little help on the going rate for seismic in Caddo County, Oklahoma. I received a letter from a company wanting to shoot seismic on or around an 80 acre property that I own in NW Caddo County (Township 10N, Range 10W). Anyone know the amount per acre for seismic in this area? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Curious what section you're in. We just received a lease offer in Sec 35, which has been dead for years. Thanks!

Section 11. We don't own the minerals, but I believe they are currently under lease.

We were offered $10 per acre back in 2013 to shoot 160ac. on sec 5, 9N11W
