Looking to lease mineral rights to sec 16, 9N, 12W. 80 acres

Also sec 22, 9N, 12W. Also 80 acres.

Also sec 01, 8N, 12W. 160 acres.

Any activity? Any suggestions?

sec 16, 9N, 12W. 80 acres- not much activity in the area. only 1 lease in section 10 in last 12 mo.

Also sec 22, 9N, 12W. Also 80 acres. see above

Also sec 01, 8N, 12W. 160 acres. There was some leasing in section 1 in late 2018. The company that was leasing had trouble paying in a timely manner according to comments on the forum. There is a horizontal well in sections 2 & 11.

If they want to lease, they will find you if your name is filed correctly in the county clerk’s office. Just not that much activity in that part of Caddo at this time.

Are you sure you have that many acres? If the numbers came off of old leases, those would be gross acres, not net acres. Would be very unusual to have that many unless each generation only had one child.

Thank you so much. This acreage is actually divided among family members.

As for Section 1, 8N 12W, our description says we have mineral rights Lot 1(40.12 acres) & Lot 2 (40.15 acres) and the S/2 NE/4, A/D/A the NE/4 of section 01, 08N, 12W. Should we know about the horizontal well?

The horizontal well is in sections 11 and 2, not section 1.
