Does anybody know who is currently leasing in Caddo County (6/3/2014)? Have property in Section 28 Township 9N Range 13W

It has been pretty dead in that Township for some time. Echo Energy LLC leased a bit earlier this year a couple miles away. But it appears to be a small part of a larger multi-section deal.
Thanks, appreciate the feedback. Keep me in mind if you hear of anybody leasing in that area/Township. Chesapeake had it under lease until early this year but they cut back on their holdings/leases and did not renew.

I understand. We have a decent amount of acreage in Stephens and Carter Counties leased to Chesapeake that will expire in the next year. I doubt at this point anything will happen with it prior to expiration of the leases.
Any information on leasing in 26-7N-11W Caddo County? I’ve had an offer from Devon Energy that I’m negotiating, but wondering if any other companies are leasing in that area currently?
I have five vertical leases at 26-11N-11W. Haven’t talked to other family members but div analyst Anji Vontogulson couldn’t or wouldn’t elaborate on any pending offers. She seemed to be caught off guard by my inquiry.

Ron, so she wouldn’t elaborate on my Section and Township or yours?
26-11N-11W and surrounding areas were mostly leased in 2011 by Cimarex and Chesapeake. Should be coming off of lease soon if not productive. Giesbrecht 1-26 may still be productive holding 26.

To Mr. Barnes, my checks come from Devon and I had amended orders of 4 wells added by asking the O.C.C. what wells were in my Section and what wells were pooled from connecting Sections based on 160-acre spacing, all operated by Devon, their info.
To Ms. Woods, These offers are 99.9% based on lateral production. Horizontals go as much as 10,000 ft. Don’t know the zone for sure but the production is phenomenal, average 300-500 barrels with half a million plus gas. Highs on oil 1100-1500 barrels a day. Consult with others and aim high. After all, Devon is asking using their name, not like others who use shell companies.
Production is from Opitz and Giesprict 1-26, Kam 1, 2, 3
