Hello, I’m just looking for a place to start. My Granny has a mineral rights lease for this track of land: Lot one (1) of section 4. Township 6 North, Range 10 West. Cado County ,Oklahoma. How can I get more information about this? For example is this an active area, has it been in the past and if so whete did those royalties go? Thank you in advance for any assistance.
Not an active area. The last leases were taken in 2017. There was only one well ever drilled in the action and it was plugged in 2012.
