For a quick look at who is buying in Logan Co, you can go to www.okcountyrecords.com and look for deeds that have changed hands. It is free to look, but you have to pay a fee to print. You can see who the players are.

Go to okcountyrecords.com and select the Search word in the upper right. Then pick Logan County, then go to Advanced Search. Select by Instrument Type. The words “Deed” and “Mineral Deed” will help you find deeds. “Deed” may also include surface acres as well as mineral acres.
