We received $150/acre and 3/16 for three years from Clayton Williams. This is 231 acres midway down on the west side of the county near Lee County. Thanks LL

8/20/2014 I have a lease offer for $1200 per acre, 1/5th royalty, 3 years with 2-year option. I don’t care for the term of the lease. Let me know if this is good or not. Burleson County, Highway 36 & 60.
