We received $150/acre and 3/16 for three years from Clayton Williams. This is 231 acres midway down on the west side of the county near Lee county. Thanks LL

8/20/2014 I have a lease offer for $1200. per ac 1/5th royalty 3yr with 2yr option. I don't care for the term of lease. Let me know if this is good or not. Burleson county hwy 36 & 60.
