Burch-Keely and Greyburgh Oil and Gas Units in New Mexico

Does anyone have royalties from these two producing units? I know Burch-Keely is in Eddy County but not sure where Greyburgh is.

I was wondering if the area is going to be producing for decades or is it about to be exhausted? I am making financial decisions for my future on the premise that it will be producing at least 20 more years. Does anyone know if those Units are about to be exhausted or is anything in the Permian Basin good for centuries?

Would appreciate any answers.

Thanks

Found out that both units are outside of Artesia near the Lovington highway area near Bottomless Lakes. Good to know. Various internet investment sites say they are a good investment (big shale find) so guess my question is answered. Hope they produce forever. Thank God my daddy bought into them in the 1930's!
