We have acreage in 5N-4W, Sections 21-30 McClain and 5-4N-4W Garvin. We received a proposal to drill (Validus) on Jan. 14th, 2026 - has a pooling order been issued for this filing? Furthermore, I am concerned we have not received pooling orders or maybe this is due to activity slowing considerably in the past few years…how would I find out if we have been forced pooled if that is the case? Thank you!
If you received the OCC mailing for the multiunit horizontal, then you will get the pooling notice if you are eligible. They have your address. If you did not get the case 2025-002670, then they do not have your address and you need to contact Validus. Given how many wells are already in those sections, you may already be held by production. Are you getting paid on any of the other wells?
