We have acreage in 5N-4W, Sections 21-30 McClain and 5-4N-4W Garvin. We received a proposal to drill (Validus) on Jan. 14th, 2026 - has a pooling order been issued for this filing? Furthermore, I am concerned we have not received pooling orders or maybe this is due to activity slowing considerably in the past few years…how would I find out if we have been forced pooled if that is the case?
