Recently recieved a packet in the mail regarding an offer to lease mineral rights in Texas from a company called Bull Run Resources. Can anyone provide any info on said company?

Bull Run is EOG. They just leased a large lease block south of Hilltop Lakes in Madison County, Texas. The target formations are said to be between 9,000 to 11,000 Ft. Be careful.
I have negotiated several leases for clients with Bull Run. They have been straightforward and reasonable in the negotiations.
