On August 6, Kew Drilling assigned quite a few leases in Robertson County to Bull Run. The leases were originally written by Sendero Resources in 2023-2024.
Sendero’s leases covered about 12,000 gross acres, but Bull Run did not acquire all of them.

There are many Thousands of Acres that are HBP’ed in the Robertson, Leon, Madison and Freestone Counties from over the many year’s. Lease bonus and royalty terms are probably pretty low from what I surmise. Probably most of these properties (mineral rights/leases) don’t have anything that resembles “Cost Free Royalties”. What do you people think?
