Bull Run/EOG has leased a huge block on Texas HWY 21 near the Trinity River in Madison and Houston County.
I haven’t seen any Bull Run leases in Houston County. They have leased substantial acreage in Madison and Leon, plus a little in Robertson.

This information came from the lessors. Take a look on the Texas RRC permits to see one of the Lessors. Empire Texas Operating has filed permits near the same area. 
Well, there are no Bull Run leases recorded in the Houston County Deed Records. Empire Texas Operating filed a permit to re-enter an existing directional well in Houston County. The rig is on site now.

I think the Empire well is a re entry.

That rig right now is in Madison county next to the Trinity River. Empire just completed the re entry around 21,000ft. Several other permits for recompilations in Houston and Madison by Empire.
