32202 is the api for Brown Trueheart W of which yes DO has been recd for us. Perhaps you meant 32203?

No. We don’t own mineral rights for that one.
Division orders were sent out months ago and have been being paid twice now unless the DO had a '“Suspension” that needed clarifying thru Comstock.
Thanks for that poillon, we had those tracts under contract but I guess the gas line didn’t pass through ours.
I think you may mean the well path, not the gas line. Your acreage may or may not have been included in the drilling spacing unit. You can contact the operator’s Division Order analyst department to see if you are being held in suspense for a title issue.

You can use the TX RRC maps to see where the wells were intended to go and then the actual well path as it crosses acreage tracts. The spacing unit is usually outlined on the AS DRILLED plats.
Thanks for that M_Barnes. We are receiving royalties on Brown Trueheart W ( 289-32202 ) and Hutto TMM ( 289-32200 ) but not the 2 above mentioned. I have an inquiry with Comstock but they asked me to wait a couple of months for a reply. We have been tracking it on the RRC site for some time now. Thankyou. I just have the feeling that we are not in the well path.
Depending on the drilling schedule, they might not be finished yet or are in the Division Order title phase.
