Has anyone had any experience with Bridgeport and how was it? I am currently negotiating a lease with them in 5S-3W Carter County. Thanks for any info.

Make sure you do not hand over a signed and notarized lease without getting a check in hand. Preferably a cashier’s check. Do not go for the 30 days to pay.
