My brother and I own a 23 acre farm in Le Raysville, in Pike township. Bradford County. I noticed that the Marcellus shale deposit running through that area is rated by the DEP as 225-250 feet thick, which means a high yield of gas. I was offered $5,000 per acre for the bonus payment and 12.5% in late 2010 for the royalty percentage. Anyone care to comment on what the price potential for that area might be? I'm not familiar with the prices other owners have acquired in that area. Can anyone offer insights? Thanks, Robert

hey guys... I have some property in Bradford county and one point in time it looked like they were going to drill but I don't know any more.. Anyone have any insight into what is going on?
