My siblings and I own over 2800 acres of mineral rights only in Bowman County. I have been following the county news. It is my understanding that Bowman is bracing for the oil boom in the year 2016. Is this information correct? Also, where do we even begin to find out what dollar amount an acre is going for and royalties? Looks to me like they are kind of all over the place. We were offered $250 per acre. That seems quite low compared to what I have been reading. Can anyone out there direct me? Thanks so much for the direction in advance!
