My siblings and I own over 2800 ac of Mineral Rights only, in Bowman County. I have been following the county news. It is my understanding that Bowman is bracing for the Oil boom in the year 2016. Is this information correct? Also, where do even begin to find our what dollar amount an ac is going for and royalties. Looks to me like they are kind of all over the place. We were offered $250 per ac. That seems quit low compared to what I have been reading. Can anyone out there direct me?? Thanks so much for the direction in advance!
