The courthouse records show a large amount of acreage in Borden County being leased recently by Highpeak Energy, Keystone EP Permian, and Marshall & Winston. All of these leases are located within the H & TC RR Survey.

A large area SE of Gail and north of Lake Thomas.

People have unrealistic valuations on here and they do not allow solicitation.
PermianResearch, is absolutely right. Admins selectively intercept posts they deem solicitation, even when it relates to a subject matter of interest to the original poster. The anti-solicitation rule and the selective treatment by Admins, really reduces the benefit of this otherwise fine site. This post will probably be deleted.
